Educators and childcare professionals will explore how play nurtures children’s sense of belonging, confidence, and emotional growth. Together, we’ll look at ways to support empathy, self-expression and connecting through those everyday moments of exploration and imagination. Participants will gain practical ideas for creating inclusive, emotionally responsive play environments that strengthen social-emotional learning and well-being. Rooted in child development and the heart of early education, this workshop aims to inspire a sense of play in educators. In the classroom we not only teach important skills and observe meaningful moments- we help children see themselves as capable, valued and deeply important members of their classroom community.
