Supporting Childcare and School-Related Transitions

This workshop provides early educators with strategies to support children with the transition back to educational settings. This workshop discusses types of transitions, and the importance of using visual supports to prepare for a return to the classroom. It also helps to create an understanding of how early educators can prepare for and assist with the transition from childcare settings to school.

Presented by:

Ghazaleh Mosabebi – Autism Consultant involved in supporting Autistic persons across their lifespan and delivering nationwide training to promote understanding and awareness.

Donna Graham has been an Autism Consultant with Kerry’s Place since 2014. She has provided direct and indirect support, consultation, and training to those supporting autistic and diverse communities. Her experience spans preschool to adult learners across early childhood care, schools, residential, and workplace settings. Donna is passionate about helping others understand diverse strengths and needs, empowering them with tools and strategies to improve quality of life for all ages.
